Episode 13-zany spiritual practices, evolving authenticity, & kelseys jail fantasy

This episode starts exactly how you’d expect from us: an iCarly countdown tangent, a deeply polarizing debate about sleeping with a fan, and a REAL conversation about how jail might actually be on kelseys next manifestation list??

Today we get into some of our favorite zany, spiritual rituals that genuinely make our lives better (adding shower beers to the weekly lineup).

Annnnnd somehow, that becomes the perfect on-ramp into our main topic: authenticity.

Not “just be yourself” or “live your truth” platitudes.

We talk about authenticity as coherence – between what you feel, think, say, and do. How performative spirituality and performative success can feel viscerally off. Why authenticity isn’t static, isn’t always pretty, and sometimes looks like changing your mind, breaking your own rules, or being messy in front of the right people, including ourselves.

We get into shadow, sacred anger, roles we outgrow, why being authentic can feel unsafe, and how authenticity is less about nailing-it, and more about presence.

It’s funny, gritty, a little unhinged, and deeply human.
So come on in PP’s, the waters fine.🌟
