Your energy clearing session will be a restorative experience crafted to calm your nervous system, rebalance your body’s energy, clear energetic blockages, and help uncover certain energetic propensities you may have. You will not need to “do” anything aside from being open minded and ready to receive! Please see FAQs for more information on the process and my certifications.
What does an Energy Clearing Session Entail?
Here’s a little bit about the session so you can know what to expect. A reiki session is a flat fee of $144.
Check-In
Grounding into the process, setting intentions, getting consent from your team in spirit.
Activating your parasympathetic nervous system through guided meditation and/or breathwork.
Energy Clearing
You will sit in a comfy chair or bed and your camera can be OFF for this process.
I will scan your chakra system and energy field and apply healing intuitively.
I will give attention to areas that feel depleted, overactive, or congested to support balance across physical, emotional, and energetic layers.
Wrap-Up
We will ground your energy back into this reality and share reflections and insights from the session.
Energy clearing for my mentorship clients will include a recalibration of under-represented archetypes or identities that you wish to enhance and/or integration of compartmentalized identities
